Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Successful background check clearance
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ability to operate vehicles safely
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities and changing environments
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must follow all company policies and safety guidelines
  • Must maintain professional appearance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings
  • Willingness to use communication tools including cell phones for work
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
  • Create welcoming, personalized interactions that reflect company standards and enhance the guest experience
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Effectively adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Remain flexible and professional in the face of unexpected challenges
  • Follow instructions, maintain schedules, and complete tasks on time
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines, report unsafe conditions, and use equipment properly to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
  • Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods
  • Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and grooming standards
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, including parking garages and active traffic areas
  • Use of communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Operation of moving vehicles
  • May be required to use personal cell phones for work-related communication and access to work systems or applications
  • Reimbursement for work-related phone use will be provided in accordance with company policy

Job Duties

  • Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
  • Safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
  • Accurately clock in/out and report all tips
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
  • Arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
  • Assist with additional duties as needed
