Job Requirements

- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist guests physically
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of local area and hotel services
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Accommodate guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items
- Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking area
- Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
- Park guests' vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Maintain lobby, front door, bell stand, and luggage room cleanliness and order
- Market the entire hotel when rooming a guest
- Maintain complete knowledge of hotel amenities and layout, local attractions, and airport transportation
