Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- no special certifications required
- must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- work may take place in various weather conditions
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- role involves regular interaction with team members, clients, vendors, and guests
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- assist with additional duties as needed
