Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Vehicle inspections by checking for damage and recording vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling procedures and all safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work, following all company rules and policies
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
