Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
- Must pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with company uniform and grooming standards

- Capable of following instructions, maintaining schedules, and completing tasks on time
- Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting unsafe conditions

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all key handling procedures and safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work while following all company rules and policies
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
