Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years
  • Must pass and maintain a clean background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with company uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to create welcoming, personalized interactions reflecting company standards
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and handle multiple responsibilities in a flexible, professional manner
  • Capable of following instructions, maintaining schedules, and completing tasks on time
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and reporting unsafe conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles following all key handling procedures and safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment
  • Arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work while following all company rules and policies
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
