Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive and park vehicles safely
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry luggage or bags
- Flexibility to work extra hours and weekends if required for special events
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
- Good physical condition and ability to assist with luggage and bags
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends for special events
Job Duties
- Provide valet service by safely driving, parking, retrieving, and ensuring vehicle safety at all times for customers and guests
- Communicate in a polite, upbeat, and friendly manner with customers and guests at all times
- Assist guests and customers willingly and in a friendly manner with their bags, luggage, or other items as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work environment for guests and customers at all times
- Maintain PCI's uniform high standards of appearance and grooming, at all times
- Learn and comply with all safety and operating standards of vehicle and passenger safety
- Report all incidents and accidents and unsafe situations to the manager or supervisor immediately
