Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years)
- Must successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- Clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time and report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment and assist with other operational tasks as needed
- Arrive on time, in full uniform, and follow all company rules and policies
