Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- successfully pass and maintain a clean background check
- must be able to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- maintain professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
- must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- use communication tools such as phones and radios
- employment is at-will
- comply with all safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- deliver exceptional guest service through clear communication and active listening

- maintain schedules and complete tasks on time

Job Duties
- Record vehicle condition and damage on claim tickets
- safely operate guest vehicles and follow key handling protocols
- accurately clock in/out and report all tips
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously
- arrive on time in uniform and follow all company policies
- assist with additional duties as needed
