Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state or commutable distance from the state
  • One month of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide with American money units
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time
  • Ability to understand applicable rates
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work or a commutable distance
  • One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend standard English
  • Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using American money
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
  • Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Park and retrieve vehicles driving cautiously and safely
  • Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, including delivery and pick up
  • Provide guests with directions, taxis, reservations and information about the facility and local attractions
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests, issue and collect claim checks accurately
  • Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tags, guest folio, vehicle location and damage surveys
