Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in a valet or related service role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to adhere to Hyatt’s standards and policies

- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely
- Knowledge of local area and hotel layout

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with vehicle loading and unloading
- Safely relocate guest automobiles to designated parking areas
- Communicate and coordinate efficiently with guest services and other hotel departments
- Maintain awareness of daily hotel events to provide prompt and personalized service
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of valet areas and vehicles handled
- Manage vehicle keys and documentation securely
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
