Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within three years
  • pass and maintain a clean background check
  • customer service attitude and helpful demeanor
  • ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adhere to uniform and grooming standards
  • maintain regular attendance
  • follow all safety protocols
  • complete required training and attend staff meetings on time

Job Qualifications

  • valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets
  • safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles adhering to proper key handling procedures
  • follow all safety protocols to maintain personal and vehicle security
  • maintain compliance with attendance and timekeeping policies including clocking in/out and accurate reporting of tips
  • keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • handle challenging situations with professionalism and resolve problems promptly
  • maintain regular attendance and adhere to company policies and standards for parking operations
  • perform additional tasks as needed to support operational goals
  • attend staff meetings and complete training modules on time
