Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- maintain clean motor vehicle record
- pass background check
- availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- adherence to uniform and grooming standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- able to pass and maintain a clean background check
- deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
- create welcoming, personalized interactions reflecting company standards
- adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities professionally
- follow instructions and safety guidelines
- maintain schedules and complete tasks on time
- physical ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
Job Duties
- Check vehicles for damage and record details on claim tickets
- safely park and retrieve vehicles following key handling and safety procedures
- clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time, and accurately report tips
- keep valet area clean, organized, and presentable
- handle guest concerns politely and solve problems quickly
- arrive on time in full uniform and adhere to company policies and rules
- assist with other tasks to support team and daily operations
