Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within a commutable distance
Minimum of one month related experience or equivalent education
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to understand and apply time and rate systems
Physical capability to handle outdoor work conditions and lifting requirements
Willingness to work overnight shifts
Ability to work with specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain professionalism
Ability to handle up to 100 pounds of force occasionally

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment or within commutable distance
One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of customer and personal service principles and processes
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information to guests, clients, and employees
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division involving American currency
Ability to understand 24-hour and military time systems
Ability to understand applicable rates based on time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission is highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using last names
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Park and retrieve vehicles safely and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries
Provide information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions
Deliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures
Issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys
Collect claim checks before issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, and claim check receipt
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
