Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license for the state or commutable distance
One month related experience or training
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to perform basic math operations
Physical ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work Wednesday to Saturday 4 PM to 2 AM
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform job duties following safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must hold a valid driver's license for the applying state or within a commutable distance
One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
Ability to read and write standard English
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
Ability to add and subtract three digit numbers and multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
Ability to perform operations using American money units
Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
Ability to understand applicable rates to time passed
Ability to operate a manual transmission highly desirable
Ability to perform parallel parking

Job Duties

Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients
Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names during interactions
Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location
Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette
Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks
Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously
Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed
Open all vehicle and hotel doors for guests
Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries
Provide guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities of the facility and main attractions in the area
Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested
Shuttle guests to approved locations
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival
Issue claim checks only after receiving vehicle keys
Collect claim checks from guests prior to issuing keys
Complete and maintain all ticket information including key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey and claim check receipt
Calculate and collect revenue for vehicles when needed
