Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past 2 years
- ability to drive stick shift transmission
- able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- able to push and pull carts or equipment up to 250 pounds
- must be at least 19 years old
- able to stand and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- pass annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening
- wear comfortable closed-toe non-skid shoes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- knowledge of local areas and roads
- able to drive stick shift and all types of vehicles
- maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with the highest quality customer service
- park guest vehicles and secure vehicles safely
- assist guests with luggage
- direct traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
- provide transportation to guests within a 5-mile radius using the company vehicle
- record guest information accurately on valet tickets and inform guests of any charges
- respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
- maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
