Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- able to drive stick shift vehicles
- 3 years' driving experience
- able to lift and transport at least 50 pounds
- able to stand and move continuously for up to 4 hours
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- must pass annual MVR screening
- willing to work scheduled shifts regardless of weather
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to drive stick shift transmission
- knowledge of local roads and areas
- strong communication skills in English
- ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism
Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with the highest quality customer service
- park guest vehicles and secure them safely
- assist guests with luggage and belongings
- direct traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrance
- transport guests within a 5-mile radius in company vehicle
- record guest information on valet tickets accurately and inform guests of charges
- respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
