Job Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- have reached nineteenth birthday
- no more than one moving violation in the last two years
- pass annual motor vehicle record screening
- able to exert physical effort lifting at least 50 pounds
- able to push or pull equipment up to 250 pounds
- able to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously
- able to run short distances repeatedly
- able to work in all weather conditions
- wear comfortable closed-toe non-skid shoes
- previous valet or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Three years' experience driving vehicles
- ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- strong understanding of English language
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet and receive customers with high quality customer service
- park guest vehicles and secure them safely
- assist guests with luggage
- direct traffic of vehicles at hotel or restaurant entrances
- transport guests within a 5-mile radius in company vehicles
- record guest vehicle information accurately on valet tickets
- respond to guest service issues and report to management
- maintain a professional appearance and uniform standards
