Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
  • Pass background check
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
  • Willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
  • Successful passage of background check
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Dependable with a commitment to safety
  • Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
  • Safely park and retrieve vehicles
  • follow key handling procedures
  • Follow all safety guidelines
  • Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time
  • Report tips accurately
  • Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Handle guest concerns politely
  • Solve problems quickly
  • Support a positive team environment

  • Follow all company rules and policies
  • Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
