Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Pass background check
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Maintain professional appearance
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use communication tools such as phones and radios
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrated helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years
- Successful passage of background check
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple responsibilities
- Dependable with a commitment to safety
- Ability to stand, walk, run short distances, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Professional appearance including uniform and grooming standards
Job Duties
- Check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles
- follow key handling procedures
- Follow all safety guidelines
- Clock in and out for shifts and breaks on time
- Report tips accurately
- Keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest concerns politely
- Solve problems quickly
- Support a positive team environment
- Arrive on time

- Help with other tasks as needed to support the team and daily operations
