Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to assign and verify vehicle claim tickets
- Ability to inspect vehicles for damages
- Good physical condition to handle standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to keep driveway clear and valet area clean
- Ability to follow management instructions
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet services or customer service preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Accurately assign and verify vehicle claim tickets upon arrival and retrieval
- Keep driveway clear of any vehicle that do not require valet assistance, clean areas around booth, and valet area
- Inspect vehicle and report damages that exist prior to or after parking
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
