Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicant must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license issued in the state of Florida
- License holder must have a clean driving record for the last 3 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50-80 pounds
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- Manual dexterity to load and unload luggage
- Ability to operate vehicles with automatic and standard transmissions
- Ability to lift, carry, or transport luggage weighing up to 75 pounds
- Capacity to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and walk distances throughout the property
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle using safe driving practices to ensure safe delivery of vehicle to and from the parking garage
- Ticket vehicles by writing guest name, room number, car license, and make/model, and note any damage
- Follow procedures for car control including maintaining logs of keys and completing valet parking log sheets and reports
- Greet and thank guests using clear, pleasant voice
- Respond to inquiries regarding directions, car rentals, and assist guests with taxi services, wheelchair requests, and parking options
- Promptly answer valet phone using positive and clear English communication and arrange parking valet requests
- Assist in opening car doors, loading and unloading luggage, issuing claim tickets and tagging bags
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized valet area
- Follow all safety and security procedures
