Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • valid state-issued driver's license required
  • ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, run, and lift luggage for extended periods of time
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional attitude
  • safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas
  • assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities, services, and events
  • maintain proper vehicle handling procedures and follow key control and ticket tracking processes
  • conduct quick visual inspections of vehicles when parking and retrieving
  • maintain efficient traffic flow and assist with vehicle staging during busy periods
  • communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
  • follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas, key storage, and staging locations
  • provide prompt assistance to guests and address service requests professionally
  • demonstrate a strong guest-first mentality and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
