Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- valid state-issued driver's license required
- ability to safely operate various types of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand, walk, run, and lift luggage for extended periods of time
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug testing

Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional attitude
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated parking areas
- assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities, services, and events
- maintain proper vehicle handling procedures and follow key control and ticket tracking processes
- conduct quick visual inspections of vehicles when parking and retrieving
- maintain efficient traffic flow and assist with vehicle staging during busy periods
- communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
- follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of valet areas, key storage, and staging locations
- provide prompt assistance to guests and address service requests professionally
- demonstrate a strong guest-first mentality and maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
