- Must have a valid driver's license
- must have a clear and current driver's license report from DMV
- must be 18 years or older
- comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission

Job Duties
- Exercise customer service as their top priority
- must have a flexible schedule, available for weekends, and holidays
- act as first and last contact the guests have with the property
- park and retrieve guest cars
- record parking space locations and valet ticket numbers
- ensure proper handling of customer keys and tickets
- drive any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission
- provide claim checks and instruct guests on vehicle reclamation
- park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
- provide travel directions and information about property events and promotions
- maintain an encouraging and uplifting attitude
- obey all traffic regulations
- treat customers courteously and resolve service issues
- deliver internal and external services such as amenities and flowers
- greet guests by opening vehicle doors and offering assistance
- be knowledgeable about property and amenities
- perform on-property deliveries like amenities, flowers, and dry-cleaning
- provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure
