Job Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license or international equivalent
- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- at least six (6) months of guest-service experience in a high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to meet physical demands including working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and lifting items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds
- positive attitude and professional demeanor
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to stay calm and focused during busy times
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- at least six (6) months of guest-service experience in a high-volume environment at a restaurant, resort, or private club
- prior valet attendant experience in luxury club or private resort setting preferred
- proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles
- driving record that meets the club’s insurance requirements
- able to sit and/or stand for extended periods and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive multi-passenger vehicles
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- additional languages preferred
- ability to meet physical demands including working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and lifting items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional service and communication at all times with members, guests, and team members
- meet and greet all arriving/departing members and guests in a timely manner
- park and retrieve member, guest and customer vehicles or golf carts in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- perform drive and park assignments per department policies/procedures
- keep parking areas clean and orderly
- provide member assistance and information, such as giving directions, handling baggage, assisting with wheelchairs loading and unloading
- ensure that members and guests belongings are retrieved and delivered to the proper outlet
- maintain clean transportation shuttles and company vehicles including basic car wash, wiping interiors, and brief vacuuming
- check condition of transport vehicle's tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment
- provide deliveries/pickups as needed, and run other errands
- prepare and submit reports that include number of passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption
- comply with local and public traffic laws and highway safety rules in operating vehicles
- follow written and verbal geographical directions
- any additional duties as assigned
