Job Requirements

Availability to work a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM with shifts extending as late as 1:00 AM on weekends including holidays
valid Virginia driver’s license required with an excellent driving record (0 points only)
ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles including luxury models
must maintain a neat well-groomed appearance at all times
punctual reliable and committed to consistent attendance

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
hospitality experience a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to remain calm and professional during busy arrival and departure periods
ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties

Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner
assist with opening doors and light luggage support as needed
record vehicle and guest information accurately and conduct visual inspections for pre-existing damage
handle keys and guest property with discretion and care
maintain organization and cleanliness of the valet area
follow all safety protocols and report incidents immediately
support overall traffic flow and team operations to ensure a seamless arrival experience
