Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • pass a motor vehicle record check and criminal background check
  • speak, read and write standard English
  • excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • park and retrieve customer and client cars
  • move quickly on feet and cautiously handle vehicles
  • greet all customers by name and develop relationships
  • maintain a positive and energetic attitude while managing safe and efficient traffic flow
  • keep the work area clear, clean, and organized
  • work independently or with supervision as needed
  • drive standard transmission vehicles
  • promote excellent customer service and represent company service standards
