Job Duties
- Drive, park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe, efficient and courteous manner
- Assist customers in and out of their vehicles
- Perform vehicle inspections and instruct patients and visitors where and how to claim their vehicles
- Ensure safe operation and parking of customer vehicles
- Report any accidents, policy violations, safety hazards or unusual occurrences
- Follow established safety procedures and comply with organizational policies
- Provide excellent customer service communication including greeting and assisting customers with empathy
