Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to safely drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles
- Ability to maintain concentration while driving
- Experience in guest service or similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness Card
- Obtain and maintain 10 Year DMV History Report
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs
Job Qualifications
- 6 months experience in role with similar responsibilities or with relevant transferrable skills in a similar environment preferred
- Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly under all driving conditions
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Proven experience providing high level of guest service
- Able to effectively and safely drive all vehicle types, including both standard and automatic transmissions
- Ability to safely back vehicles into parking spaces, sometimes with limited space
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner ensuring the utmost in vehicle safety
- Greet guests upon arrival and answer questions including information regarding property products, services and/or events
- Assist guests in and out of their vehicles, as necessary
- Verify with guests if they are checking-in while inquiring if assistance with luggage is needed
- Walk around the vehicle and document any existing damage on the key packet
- Accurately issue tickets, ensuring the guests' keys are properly logged and secured
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage for guests, as necessary
- Ensure vehicles are locked and secure while in the possession of the property
