Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Valid Tennessee driver’s license
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections
- Knowledge of safe and compliant driving procedures
- Good customer communication skills
- Ability to report incidents and safety hazards
- Reliable and attentive to safety policies
- Must be able to assist customers with entering and exiting vehicles

- Basic knowledge of safe driving practices
- Ability to communicate clearly and courteously
- Capable of performing under routine supervision and occasional guidance
Job Duties
- Drives, parks, and retrieves customer vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
- Assists customers in entering and exiting their vehicles
- Performs vehicle inspections and informs patients and visitors where and how to claim their vehicles
- Reports accidents, safety hazards, policy violations, or unusual occurrences promptly
- Maintains effective communication with customers demonstrating excellent customer service
- Adheres to all safety and compliance protocols while operating vehicles
- Supports additional duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency
