Job Requirements
- High school diploma or any equivalent
- good communication and customer services skills
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving recorded (no serious violations such as excessive speeding DUI)
- ability to run be on feet for long periods of time and being outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- Provide professional courteous and compassionate guest services for patients visitors and guests
- proactively approach greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly professional manner
- provide quick responsive customer service while returning or parking cars
- ensure safe operation of vehicles within the facility
- maintain awareness of parking availability and direct guests accordingly
- handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
- assist with other duties as assigned to support smooth operation of valet services
