Job Requirements

  • Valid driver license
  • Clean driving abstract with no disqualifying events per NRWC safe driver policy
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
  • Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License
  • Ability to continuously stand and/or run for an 8-10 hour shift
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and noisy, smoke-filled environments

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Clear understanding of basic traffic and driver safety
  • Ability to adhere to department requirements for safe vehicle handling to avoid collisions and damage
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Provide a driving abstract
  • Valid driver license without disqualifying events per NRWC safe driver policy
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License
  • Previous valet attendant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain efficiency in parking guest vehicles in the designated valet lots, keeping valet lanes free of vehicles at all times
  • Ability to smoothly keep up with the flow of valet traffic, even during high volume times
  • Provide the highest level of front-door guest service upon guest arrival including smiling, opening vehicle doors, and greeting guests
  • Fully inspect vehicles upon arrival and note any present damage on claim tickets
  • Ensure safe vehicle handling operations in parking and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Educate arriving guests of daily promotions and casino events
  • Immediately report any vehicle damage or guest service issues to the lead on duty
  • Ensure safe and proper handling of guest keys
  • Adhere fully to the department's tip and toke handling and reporting policy
  • Maintain neat and orderly management of keys, vehicles, and end of shift documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
