Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and be subject to a background check on your driving record to be authorized to drive
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Effective communication and strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
- Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or a service ramp
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the supervisors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

- Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of safety procedures and protocols
Job Duties
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere
- Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle
- Provide luggage assistance when needed and ensure guests' belongings are handled with care
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures
- Offer guests information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Remain attentive to VIPs, group arrivals, and special guest requests
- Provide directions and respond to general inquiries with confidence and professionalism
