Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Gaming License
- valid state driver’s license required while on shift
- must be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
- prior experience preferred but not mandatory
- physical capability to perform duties including lifting up to 70 pounds
- ability to work in a dynamic casino environment
- willingness to comply with drug testing and background investigation
- at-will employment agreement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in a four star or four diamond hotel preferred
- computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft programs and other software
- ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables
- ability to maintain effective working relationships
- excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with Kalispel Tribe of Indians internal controls and Northern Quest Resort and Casino policies and procedures
- provide exceptional service to customers and employees
- greet guests and coworkers with a smile, eye contact, and verbal greetings
- assume responsibility for safe and proper use of vehicles and equipment
- follow procedures for handling keys and valet ticket distribution
- take numbered tag from customer, locate and surrender vehicle
- run or jog safely to ensure promptness
- report accidents or injuries immediately
- report unsafe conditions and anticipate hazards
- perform traffic control, guest services, or shuttle duties when needed
- record any vehicle damage upon receipt
- report dangerous vehicles to supervisor
- use proper interpersonal skills with customers and employees
- share information with other departments
- ensure guest confidentiality
- maintain good attendance record
- ensure control and protection of company assets
