Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record (no serious violations such as excessive speeding, DUI)
  • Ability to run, be on feet for long periods of time, and be outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties

  • Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests
  • Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide quick, responsive customer service while returning or parking vehicles
  • Ensure safety and security of parked vehicles
  • Maintain clear communication with healthcare facility staff regarding parking operations
  • Assist visitors by providing directions and information as needed
  • Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while driving
