Job Requirements
- Valid, current driver’s license required
- clean driving record
- minimum three years of driving experience
- minimum of one year customer service experience
- ability to safely drive manual transmission vehicle
- excellent customer service attitude and abilities
- responsible and dependable

- willingness to learn
- well organized
- physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively
- available to work varied schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greeting each member with a smile
- accepting vehicles
- driving the cars between the valet loop and the valet parking lot
- keeping track of times that club visitors will be returning to their vehicles
- running between the valet loop and back parking lot to retrieve cars in a timely manner
- carefully driving through a congested parking lot with safety being the primary concern
- diffusing member conflict situations with tact and professionalism
- communicate timely and follow up as appropriate
- active participation in events, programs, meetings and training
- represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response
- schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings
