Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to drive personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist patients and guests
- Ability to work flexibility including hours and shift changes

Job Duties
- Maintain positive public relations with valet customers and the public
- Escort employees, visitors, and patients as requested
- Assist with transportation of guests and patients
- Help patients and guests in and out of vehicles as necessary
- Direct patients, visitors, employees, contractors, and the public to appropriate parking areas
- Direct persons to the facility entrance
- Work collaboratively with new employees and co-workers to enhance retention and reduce staff turnover
- Communicate reliably and accurately with team members
- Demonstrate teamwork and uphold RHS philosophy and respect house rules
- Monitor and support departmental productivity including flexible hours and shift changes
- Provide detailed incident reports about valet service issues, vehicle damage, or customer dissatisfaction
- Manage time effectively to complete assignments and suggest improvements to valet service and reduce wait times
