Job Duties
- Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
- Offer to assist every or any customer who appears to need assistance
- Keep all work areas clean, organized, and presentable
- Effectively communicate with all team members and managers
- Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer and learn the names of key people such as property managers, engineers, janitorial staff, and security personnel
- Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue
