Job Duties
- Provide professional courteous and compassionate guest services for patients visitors and guests while meeting Baptist Health Lexington standards
- Proactively approach greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly professional manner
- Provide quick responsive customer service while returning or parking cars
- Ensure safety and security of vehicles while in possession
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
- Assist patients or visitors with special needs as necessary
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
