Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard (manual) and automatic transmissions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests assisting them to and from their accommodations
- Quickly evaluate condition of vehicle, complete valet ticket, and attach ticket to customer’s keys
- Properly secure vehicle and keys
- Enter data into CPVS system
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles following appropriate valet policies and procedures
- Keep leadership team fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments
- Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and pulls, and attend the lobby and front door
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for the property, city events, and outlets
- Communicate and partner with other departments to support the guest experience
- Perform other duties as needed or required
- Attend and complete required departmental training
- Work collaboratively to deliver the highest degree of service to all guests
- Maintain punctual and regular attendance according to the assigned schedule and attendance policy
