Job Requirements
- valid New Mexico driver’s license
- clean driving record reviewed by Risk Management
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to work in varying weather conditions
- willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting luggage
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- valid New Mexico driver’s license with no revocations or suspensions in the past three years
- friendly and reliable character
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- prior experience in valet or hospitality preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet guests upon arrival
- assist guests with luggage
- escort guests to their rooms
- safely park vehicles
- retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- communicate effectively with the front desk and security team
