Job Duties
- Serve as the first impression of The Global Ambassador
- Ensure guests have a memorable experience by answering questions, escorting luggage to guest rooms, and parking/retrieving vehicles
- Engage in casual conversations providing hotel and local recommendations
- Demonstrate a true desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize refined verbal communication skills
- Maintain physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Walk moderate distances as required
