Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting Baptist Health Lexington standards
- Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide quick, responsive customer service while parking or returning vehicles
- Safely operate vehicles and manage parking arrangements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas
- Assist guests with mobility challenges
- Monitor and report any vehicle issues or damages
