Job Requirements
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally run
- Ability to run up and down multiple levels of stairs
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Experience as a valet parking attendant preferred
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle preferred
- Proficiency in English verbally and written
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License with 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening
Job Duties
- Deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
- Assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors
- Park and secure vehicles safely
- Unload luggage from vehicles
- Retrieve vehicles in a timely manner
- Extend a friendly welcome to guests
- Handle guest interactions during the valet check-in process
