Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid, clean FL driver's license
- must have and maintain a clean driving record
- a high school degree or equivalent
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- must be able to write routine reports
- basic math skills required
Job Qualifications
- Experience in valet service operation preferred
- must be capable of driving auto and manual transmission
- must be 18 years of age and possess a valid, clean FL driver's license
- must have and maintain a clean driving record
- a high school degree or equivalent
- ability to speak, read and write in English
- Spanish preferred
- must be able to write routine reports
- basic math skills required
Job Duties
- Proactively approach, greet and acknowledge all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- assist residents and visitors out of their car
- park residents’ cars and guests’ cars
- deliver grocery and other packages to residents’ apartments every hour on the hour
- monitor pay machine and troubleshoot problems at the Parking Garage exit gate
- assist Palace driver in unloading packages and groceries from Palace Shuttle Bus
