Job Requirements
- Standing at least 8 hours a day
- running up to 200 yards fifty times a day or more
- entering and exiting customers vehicles seventy-five or more times daily
- lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts in and out of customers vehicles
- communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups
- able to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for long periods
- requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual acuity
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- able to work in standing position for long periods
- valid driver’s license held for at least one year
- driving record approved and maintained
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property
- monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic to ensure legal parking and smooth traffic flow
- supply guests with directions and information about property amenities and local attractions
- monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- communicate parking procedures to guests
- assist guests with luggage transport and storage
- assist guests in and out of vehicles including loading and unloading luggage
- assist concierge and front office staff with guest requests
- follow all company safety and security policies and report incidents
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate professionally with guests and colleagues
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- perform other reasonable job duties as requested
