Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years driving experience
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to drive stick shift
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull equipment up to 250 pounds
  • Ability to stand and be mobile for up to 4 hours
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Comfortable wearing closed toe, non-skid shoes
  • Previous valet or customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience driving various types of vehicles including stick shift
  • Strong knowledge of local areas and roads
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience driving vehicles
  • Proficient in English with effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and receive customers with high quality customer service
  • Park guest vehicles safely and securely
  • Assist guests with luggage and belongings
  • Provide transportation in the company vehicle within a 5-mile radius
  • Direct traffic and secure taxis or transportation for guests
  • Record guest information accurately on valet tickets
  • Return rental vehicles and complete errands for guests
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Respond graciously to guest service issues and report to management
  • Perform all job duties with guest service maximization in mind
  • Ensure safety in all tasks and pass annual MVR screening
  • Be prepared to assist the next patron promptly after running vehicles back to the station
