Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work various shifts including evenings, midnights, weekends, and holidays
- good physical condition to handle standing and walking for extended periods
- valid driver's license preferred
- ability to assist guests with courteous and professional demeanor
- basic skills in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, midnights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic knowledge of local area and services is a plus
Job Duties
- act as liaison to hospital departments when called upon
- assist patients and visitors with non-medical requests such as information and directions
- provide hotel and dining recommendations and reservations
- assist with business services
- coordinate transportation and travel arrangements
- manage mailing and shipping items
- handle lost and found and other guest valet related requests
