Job Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 or older
- Must be able to operate any type of vehicle
- Must have the physical agility to go short or long distances to retrieve vehicles swiftly and be in a seated or standing position for long time
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and accommodating manner
- Parking and retrieving resident's vehicles
- Evaluating and documenting vehicle damage before giving a valet receipt ticket and parking the vehicle
- Recording the location of the parking space and valet ticket number
- Operating both standard and automatic vehicles
- Answering questions and providing information and directions
- Following safety protocols when operating vehicles
- Keeping valet area clean and neat
