Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 6 months of related experience
- valid driver’s license with no violations
- CPR certification
- ability to safely operate all types of vehicles including manual transmission
- ability to be physically agile and stand for extended periods
- exceptional customer service skills
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Duties
- Open doors and assist patients and visitors upon arrival and departure
- drive, park, and retrieve vehicles in the designated valet area
- properly secure vehicles by locking doors, windows, and setting parking brake
- tag all car keys and file keys in the valet closet
- assist patients and guests with bags or other items
- monitor parking area and direct private and commercial traffic to maintain flow and prevent overcrowding
- ensure cleanliness of parking lots by disposing of trash and reporting bio-hazard waste
- assist patients and visitors with directions and provide information
- transport patients and guests to various locations using wheelchairs and gait belts safely
