Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency
- Valid Washington State Driver License
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
- Ability to walk and stand outdoors for entire shifts
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Full-time employment status
Job Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Minimum of one year driving experience
- Ability to drive any make or model of car, truck and handicapped equipped vehicles
- Skilled in driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- No major motor vehicle violations in the past five years
- No driver’s license suspension, denial or revocation within the last three years
- Strong and outgoing verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and positive manner and provide information or direction as requested
- Assist drivers and passengers in and out of vehicles
- Assist hotel guests with luggage
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and professional manner
- Operate transport vehicles for shuttle guest and/or employees as required
- Accurately document times of guest arrival, departure and other pertinent vehicle information on required forms
- Conduct and record accurate vehicle and coat check as directed
- Report unusual or suspicious activity in parking area or unsafe vehicle conditions to supervisor or Security
- May assist with evacuation plans and routes
- Receive personal guest items for holding
- Advise supervisor of any guest issues or problems
- Keep up to date with casino events
- Maintain confidentiality requirements
- Work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
