- Previous experience in hospitality or valet services preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage dry cleaning of guests clothing
- Deliver dry cleaned clothing to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Collaborate cooperatively with housekeeping and other hotel teams
- Uphold the highest standards of service and integrity
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow
- Assist guests with inquiries as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail
